It is boys. Boys are known for starting potty training later and having wetting problems longer.

my daughter had bed wetting issues until she was almost 8 years old. Hers was due to A.D.H.D. though, I’ve heard that as a majority, boys have issues longer than girls.

it is different for every child based on when their parents began potty training them, how long they have been trying to be potty-trained and how the parents were going about "training" them to do so
sometimes it is just a peronal problem that kids have and your doctor can help you out there
there is also a certain type of diaper/underwear that kids can wear to help them no wet themselves at night
the best thing to do is to have your kid go to the bathroom RIGHT BEFORE they go do bed so they don’t have any liquid just sitting there in their system
