Try not to have him have any drinks after dinner, also have him go to the bathroom right before he goes to bed, I know it sounds like something you would do for a little kid, but if it works it is quite an easy solution.

    Good Luck!

There are special sheets for this problem. The sheets set off an alarm when they get wet. This helps teach the body to wake up right about the time it has to pee.

What’s this about? You’ve put a question about a 13-year-old in the Toddler and Preschooler section and felt necessary to mention that he’s single?????

There are devices that will wake him up if he starts to wet the bed. Ask your Dr. Also, he should not drink anything at bedtime.

There are things known as bedwetting alarms. These are devices that connect to the child and emit a sound or vibration to wake the child up when the bladder is full, or as the child is wetting the bed. Over a small amount of time, the child become conditioned to waking up even before they start going pee.
It is normally used on younger children (under the age of 8), but I’m sure it can also work for your son.
If all else fails, try talking to his pediatrician. They might be able to reccommend a more direct course to success.
Don’t worry too much. My family carries a gene that causes the control mechanism for sleep continence to not click on until around 12 or 13. My brother received this gene; He is now 23, and is completely healthy and happy.
    Good Luck!

Well, definitely no drinks in the evening….like two hours before bedtime…And set his alarm to wake up mid sleep to get him used to waking up;. He’s probably just a heavy sleeper….and the milk before bed doesn’t help a bit…
If this don’t work ask your doc…he’ll know what to do…
    Good day! ! !

first and foremost a trip to the doctor to rule out a physical problem. Doctor will have suggestions and maybe subscription for him. Could set an alarm clock for every 2 hours for him to go to bathroom during the night to train his bladder.
